Tentative bookings are held one week only. Upon confirmation of a booking Michael's requires a non-refundable deposit of $800. All deposits will be deducted from the final invoice.
Rental fees:  Crystal Room ~ Friday and Sunday $200   Saturday $400
Fireside Room ~ Friday and Sunday $125 Saturday $250


Michael’s Function Hall requires all menu selections to be finalized seven days in advance of the function, with an exact number of guests. For individual served meals, an exact count of each item should also be provided along with the number of guests attending. Any final guarantees may be no lower than previously agreed upon. Final guarantees are not subject to reduction, however you may increase the number.

Prices are based on ten guests per table if you would like to have eight guests per table $1.00 per person will be added.
If selecting two choices for your meal from the Individually Served Menu please add $1.00 per person.
Vegetarian Meals Available upon request.

Final payment will be calculated according to the number of guests provided and due seven days prior to the date of the function. No credit cards accepted for final payment, cash or certified check only.
A service charge of 18% will be added to all function items. Food and Beverage prices are subject to a 7% Mass Meals Tax. All open bars are subject to a service charge of 18%.
Monday thru Friday evenings, any block of 6 hours.
Saturday ~ 10:00am. To 4:00pm. And 6:00pm. To 12:00am.
Sunday ~ Any five and a half hour block.
The management prior to your function must approve decorating ideas. Birdseed, confetti, rice, loose balloons are not permitted. All centerpieces containing open flame must be covered with glass globes.
